Thank you, Tim. Robin Sharma’s book is now on my reading list. The key points you’ve outlined totally resonate. The idea of not judging right or wrong, good or bad is derived from ancient wisdom teachings of yoga. In my trainings (and now my teachings), I call it “witness consciousness.” Your point about “goals” is reminiscent of the law of attraction. On the flip side, goal-setting can cause stress and tension (i.e. when you feel pressured to achieve a goal and don’t…such as losing 10 pounds in 1 month!). My recommendation is to set intentions or create affirmations, positive statements, that align you with your purpose and influence your thoughts and choices. Your article is a great read!
